Swiss court has ordered that parents provide legal documents to enable daughter’s “transition” surgery

The court ruled against the parents who had appealed an order to hand over the documents. Backed by ADF International, they will seek to appeal this loss.

The parents have been separated from their child, now 16, for over a year by court order after they objected to her gender “transition.”

The father said: “We are deeply saddened that this nightmare situation continues.

“Not only has the state separated us from our daughter because we objected to her ‘transition’, but we are now being threatened with criminal charges if we do not aid in her ‘legal transition’ by handing over legal documents.”

A viral video of the parents explaining their tragic story, reposted on Twitter (X) by Billboard Chris has 1 million views and was commented on by Elon Musk who said: “Same thing is happening in California.”

The video posted by Billboard Chris was accompanied with the following comment.

The Swiss government has stolen a child from her parents after they refused to give their girl puberty blockers!

For more than a year, she has been placed in a government home, and authorities may now begin medically transitioning her without her parents’ consent!

“We, as parents, are facing an alliance between the school, the Swiss Child Protection Agency, the Swiss hospital in Geneva, and we feel powerless.

“About three years ago, coming out of the pandemic, our daughter informed us that she was a boy. We understood that she was going through a difficult period in her life. We agreed to seek medical advice.

“When we first went to the Geneva hospital, the nurse showed her a ‘gender unicorn’ and it was based on this gender unicorn that we were instructed by the hospital to begin treating her as a boy.

“We were told she needed puberty blockers.

“The school got involved. Everyone at the school, the teachers, the administrators, started to call our daughter a male name.

“We were very clear with the school, that we did not believe it was up to the school to socially transition our daughter. We learned that the school psychologist was getting in and was feeding my daughter with materials, putting her in contact with Le Refuge.

“Le Refuge is a transgender advocacy organisation and has taken our daughter down the path of believing that she’s a boy in a girl’s body.

“Le Refuge convinced the daughter that her psychotherapist was ‘transphobic’. She immediately ended the treatment.

“Eventually the Swiss Child Protection Agency, with the school’s support, brought a case against us in the Swiss court system.”

The parents have lost their daughter, spent tens of thousands in legal fees,  and could soon be sentenced.

Before this ruling, Kellie-Jay Keen, Steven Edginton, Billboard Chris and Amy Gallagher commented on the case.

Amy Gallagher said: “These parents have had their child taken from them by a state that is captured by gender ideology.  The Swiss authorities should take into account the outcomes of the Cass Report and the increasing view that affirmation of transgenderism is dangerous.”
